some incubator program is a 6-month developmental program with 3 months of business development (that’s us) and 3 months of mentorship (that’s you).
In bi-weekly sessions from July to September 2024, you’ll support entrepreneurs who are ready to take business to the next level.
Our mentorship program connects experienced mentors with entrepreneurs who have completed a rigorous 3-month business development program and are majority owners of their ventures, ensuring a commitment to both business growth and the mentorship process.
This collaborative environment fosters real-world application, growth, and success for both mentors and mentees.
before mentorship.
By the time our entrepreneurs start mentorship, they will have gone through the following areas of development:
Prior to mentorship, our entrepreneurs have gone through 3 months of business development addressing evaluating their business, gaining knowledge and understanding on where to implement changes in their business, and creating strategy to take their business to the next level.

In Month 1, we evaluate: Our entrepreneurs undergo a comprehensive evaluation, covering audits of their business structure, website, marketing strategies, social media, and personal brand.
By the end of this phase, they are equipped with a deep understanding of their current business standing and areas for improvement, laying a solid foundation for growth.

education.
In Month 2, we educated: This month focused on providing essential business knowledge through four workshops. These sessions addressed business structure, promotion, marketing, and finance.
Our entrepreneurs will have emerged with a well-rounded understanding of business fundamentals, ready to apply these principles effectively.

In Month 3, we strategized: The focus shifted to developing actionable strategies. Entrepreneurs created detailed plans in areas like business structure, promotion, marketing, and finance, utilizing insights from the previous months' evaluations and education.
By the end of this phase, they are prepared with concrete strategies for real-world implementation.
mentoring
Mentorship starts in month 4 (July 8, 2024).
As a mentor in our program, you play a pivotal role in guiding and empowering entrepreneurs who have undergone an intensive 3-month preparation phase, encompassing evaluation, education, and strategic planning.
Your mentorship will be instrumental in helping entrepreneurs apply their learned skills to real-world scenarios, fostering growth, and ensuring the successful implementation of their strategies.

You’ll be mentoring up to 3 entrepreneurs who have gone through our business development program

As a mentor, you'll engage in biweekly sessions with your mentee(s). During these meetings, they will present their strategies and goals. Your primary role is to coach them in assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of their actions. You'll support their growth by helping them to reflect on and enhance their approach, and assist in developing their ability to pivot when necessary.
It's important to note that your role is not to solve their problems directly, but rather to guide them in finding solutions themselves. This includes offering potential solutions based on your experience and, where relevant, leveraging your network to make introductions that can aid their journey. Your insights and connections are invaluable in fostering their independent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.

The mentorship program runs from July 8, 2024 and ends on September 30, 2024.
Your bi-weekly sessions will be based on your availability, which you will include in your registration.
